This motor yacht NILO is a 29 metre 95 (ft) 28.94 (95 ft) composite ship which was produced by Moonen Shipyards Bv and conceived by Rene Van Der Velden Designs. A 28.94 (95 ft) cruising yacht NILO is a very distinctive Dutch made superyacht which was launched to accolade in 2007. She is a recent cruising yacht. Finished and launched in the year of 2007 her interior design confirms the progressive thinking which are originating from Art-Line Interiors and the owner who commissioned the yacht.

Motor yacht NILO was the first launch of the 94 Alu ("Aluminum") series by Moonen Shipyards. NILO represents how Moonen embraces the concept of designing and engineering its yachts with high tech features unusual for this size range, to create what it calls "pocket-size superyachts."

Rene Van Der Velden Designs was the naval architect involved in the professional vessel composition for NILO. Her interior design was completed by Art-Line Interiors. Rene Van Der Velden Designs is also associated with the yacht general design work for this boat. In 2007 she was formally launched with celebration in 's Hertogenbosch and post sea trials and finishing touches was afterwards delivered to the new owner. Moonen Shipyards Bv completed their new build motor yacht in the Netherlands. A moderate area is manifested with a total beam (width) of 6.8 m or 22.3 feet. With a 1.8m (6ft) draught (maximum depth) she is shallow. The material composite was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure above deck is created with the use of composite.
