The yacht's general design work came from Cor D Rover Design and Donald L Blout & Associates. The technical naval architect drawings are a work of Cor D Rover Design. Motor Yacht TO-KALON received her elegant interior designing from the interior design office of Burger Design Team. the United States is the country that Burger Boats built their new build motor yacht in. After her formal launch in 2008 in Manitowoc Wi she was delivered on to the yacht owner having completed sea trials and testing. Her hull was crafted from aluminium alustar. The motor yacht superstructure is fabricated largely using alustar. With a beam of 6.9 m / 23 ft TO-KALON has reasonable internal space. She has a reasonably shallow draught of 1.67m (5.6ft).
