The yacht's general design work came from Dubois Naval Architects. The formal naval architecture plans are a work of Dubois Naval Architects. Motor Yacht Loretta Anne (ex Allogante) received her elegant interior designing from the interior design firm of Donald Starkey Designs. In 2009 she was formally launched with celebration in Auckland and post sea trials and detailing was thereafter delivered to the owner who commissioned her. Alloy Yachts completed their new build motor yacht in New Zealand. Her main hull was built out of aluminium. The motor yacht superstructure is fabricated largely using aluminium. With a beam of 8.5 metres or 27.88 ft Loretta Anne (ex Allogante) has fairly large internal space. A reasonably shallow draught of 1.8m (5.9ft) determines the list of overall ports she can enter into, contingent on their minimum depth at low tide.
