Giorgio Vafiadis was the naval architecture company involved in the formal nautical composition for BIG EAGLE. Her interior design was realised by Susan Puleo. Giorgio Vafiadis is also associated with the yacht wider design collaboration for this boat. In 1980 she was formally launched to triumph in Yokkaichi and following sea trials and finishing touches was afterwards delivered to the new owner. Mie Shipyard completed their new build motor yacht in Japan. Her main hull was constructed with steel. The motor yacht main superstructure is made mostly using aluminium.
