This motor yacht DARWINA is a 32 m 103 (ft) well sized aluminium luxury yacht which was created by Heesen Yachts and concieved by Gerhard Gilgenast. Sleeping 8 passengers and 6 crew, motor yacht DARWINA was previously called 7629 Current Affaire; Spielen. This private boat has been designed with a naval architect called Gerhard Gilgenast. Wink Of New York undertook the designing of the interior.
The New Build & Naval Architecture of Luxury Yacht DARWINA
Gerhard Gilgenast was the naval architect firm involved in the technical nautical composition for DARWINA. Her interior design was conceived by Wink Of New York. Gerhard Gilgenast is also associated with the yacht general design work for this yacht. the Netherlands is the country that Heesen Yachts constructed their new build motor yacht in. After official launch in 1990 in Oss she was passed over to the owner after sea trials and testing. The core hull was crafted from aluminium. The motor yacht main superstructure is made mostly using aluminium. The total length of the luxury yacht on deck is 28.8 (94.5 ft). With a beam of 8.17 metres / 26.8 feet DARWINA has spacious internal space. A fairly shallow draught of 1.28m (4.2ft) limits the list of overall ports she can berth in, contingent on their specific characteristics. She had refit maintenance and alteration work carried out by 1995.
