A General Description of Sailing Yacht GRAY

A good sized three masted barkentine (barquentine) GRAY is a very high quality Denmark built yacht which was launched to accolade in 1920. She could be described as a classic three masted barkentine (barquentine).

New Build & Designing with respect to Luxury Yacht GRAY

In 1920 she was actually launched to celebration in Nykobing Mors and post sea trials and detailing was thereafter delivered to the owner who commissioned her. Soren Larsens Skibsvaerft completed their new build sailing yacht in Denmark. A moderate feeling is manifested with a total beam (width) of 6.04 m or 19.8 ft. With a 2.44m (8ft) draught (maximum depth) she is reasonably shallow. The material oak was used in the building of the hull of the sailing yacht. Her superstructure over the hull is built from wood. Over the deck of GRAY she is 29.87 (98 ft) in length. In 1974 extra refit work and modernisation was also finished.
