Marc Van Peteghem was the naval architect firm involved in the professional nautical plans for GROUPAMA III. Also the company Marc Van Peteghem and Vincent Lauriot-Prevost skillfully collaborated on this undertaking. Interior designer Gilles Ollier Design Team was employed for the internal internal styling. Created at Multiplast mposite Yachts this vessel was fabricated in France. She was successfully launched in Vannes in 2006 before being transferred to the owner. A very beamy feeling is manifested with a total beam (width) of 22.5 m / 74 ft. With a 5m (16.5ft) draught (maximum depth) she is deep. The material composite was used in the building of the hull of the sailing yacht. Her superstructure over the hull is fashioned from composite.
