Ystads Skeppsvarv was the naval architect firm involved in the formal nautical plans for HELENE. Also the company Ystads Skeppsvarv expertly collaborated on this project. In 1916 she was formally launched with celebration in Ystad and following sea trials and finishing touches was then delivered to the yacht owner.
