A General Description of Motor Yacht ICE
This motor yacht ICE is a 43 m 141 (ft) large steel ship which was newly built at Amtec and devised by Turhan Soyaslan. The large converted private yacht ICE is a particularly high quality Turkish made superyacht which was launched to accolade in 2002. The naval architect whom authored her design on this ship is Turhan Soyaslan. She is a recent converted private yacht.
Motor yacht ICE was built in Turkey by AMETC. This world cruising yacht has a 10,000 nautical mile range. She carries a 28' tender on deck and has room for a number of other toys. M/Y ICE has a rich wood interior with 6 guest cabins.
Shipyard Work & Designing for Luxury Yacht ICE
Turhan Soyaslan was the naval architect involved in the formal vessel design work for ICE. Turhan Soyaslan is also associated with the yacht wider design collaboration for this yacht. Turkey is the country that Amtec completed their new build motor yacht in. After official launch in 2002 in Istanbul the boat was handed over to the owner having completed sea trials. The main hull was crafted from steel. The motor yacht main superstructure is made mostly using aluminium. With a width of 8.32 metres or 27.3 ft ICE has fairly large room. She has a reasonably shallow draught of 2.77m (9.1ft). She had refit improvement and alteration work carried out by 2006.

Fitted with twin CATERPILLAR diesel main engines, ICE is able to reach a top speed of 13 knots. Connected to her Caterpillar engine(s) are twin screw propellers.
