New Build & Naval Architecture for Luxury Yacht JOANNE

The yacht's general design work came from Don Shead. The technical naval architect firm intellectual property are the products of Don Shead. Motor Yacht JOANNE received her elegant interior designing from the interior design skills of Concasa/Merritt Knowles. Spain is the country that Astilleros Mefasa built their new build motor yacht in. After official launch in 1992 in San Juan De Nieva she was afterwards released to the yacht owner after sea trials and testing. A reasonable feeling is achieved with a total beam (width) of 7.41 m or 24.3 feet. With a 1.58m (5.2ft) draught (maximum depth) she is shallow. The material aluminium was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure over the hull is created with the use of aluminium. Over the deck of JOANNE she is 36.52 (119.8 ft) in length. In 1996 further refitting and modernisation was also performed.
