This motor yacht LIGHEA is a 43 m 141 (ft) generous steel superyacht which was completely constructed by Fipa Italiana Yachts - Maiora and devised in the office of Roberto Del Re and Fipa Italiana Yachts. Sleeping 10 guests and 7 crew, motor yacht LIGHEA was previously called #130 Maiora 43. The firm of naval architecture responsible for the drawings on the yacht was Roberto Del Re and Fipa Italiana Yachts. Moreover, her interior designing was the work of Fipa Italiana Yachts.

Lighea is the first displacement yacht built by Maiora and it is also the first one made by Maiora shipyard without using composite and her hull is instead made from steel.

The Build & Naval Architecture for Luxury Yacht LIGHEA

Roberto Del Re was the naval architect involved in the formal nautical design work for LIGHEA. Her interior design was completed by Fipa Italiana Yachts. Roberto Del Re and Fipa Italiana Yachts is also associated with the yacht wider design collaboration for this boat. Italy is the country that Fipa Italiana Yachts - Maiora built their new build motor yacht in. After formal launch in 2005 in Massa she was thereafter passed over to the proud new owner after sea trials and testing. The hull was built out of steel. The motor yacht superstructure component is made extensively from aluminium. With a beam of 8.8 m or 28.9 feet LIGHEA has spacious internal space. She has a shallow draught of 2.2m (7.2ft).
