The 40M Luxury Superyacht by Maiora shipyard and was built in 2008. The interiors are the work of Roberto Del Re and at 39.8m/130.7ft, there is plenty of space on board for 12 guests, who are accommodated in five en-suite cabins with a crew of seven to take care of every little detail, providing guests on board with an abundance of space for indoor and outdoor relaxation.

EXTERIOR

From the lower deck swim platform guests have access to the main deck aft, where a sofa lines the stern and a raised table and two armchairs create an ideal place to dine alfresco. Side walkways take guests past the interior salon to the sunbeds on the foredeck, while the flybridge above can be accessed through the raised helm station.

The shaded flybridge provides a place for the whole group to dine alfresco in the centre, and behind is a large corner sofa and coffee table to unwind outdoors day or night. The stern is reserved for the tender, which can be safely launched and retrieved using a Davit crane.

INTERIOR

On the main deck there is a spacious galley that serves up to 12 guests seated around the large formal dining area, which is part of the open-plan aft salon. The lounge provides two sofas, an armchair and a day lounger around a central coffee table for social gatherings at any time of the day with a widescreen TV for entertainment.

The raised pilothouse above provides a sofa where guests can unwind in air conditioned interiors and enjoy the forward views, or access the flybridge.

A pair of MTU Rolls Royce 4000 series M90 engines allow for a maximum speed of 30 knots, and a range of 1,000 nautical miles when cruising at 24 knots.

Yacht Charter Accommodation

The accommodation sleeps a total of 12 guests in 5 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins that both have a Pullman berth. ~ The guest accommodation is situated on the lower deck. The Master suite has a king-sized bed with a Loewe 32″ LCD TV on the opposite wall, a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub with shower. ~ The double cabins provide a double bed with a Loewe 26″ LCD TV adjacent, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. ~ The twin cabins have two single beds and a Pullman berth, plus a Loewe 20″ LCD TV, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet and a shower. ~ The expert crew of 7 will provide first-class service throughout every journey.
