Lurssen’s 109m/358ft expedition yacht PROJECT ICECAP, was first unveiled through the 2018 Global Order Book. The five-deck mega yacht features a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure with construction by the German shipyard and launch in 2021.
The exterior profile uses a curving tumblehome style bow and an angular home. The expansive main deck aft section is fitted with an infinity swimming pool and with room for sun loungers on either side, while below the transom door folds down to create a deep swim platform. The upper deck aft has a certified Helipad and a sun-exposed alfresco lounge consisting of two sofas facing forward and aft around a coffee table.
The Owner's above offers more outdoor aft space four dining and lounging, while the foredeck is fitted with seating, a bow Jacuzzi and sunpads with uninterrupted views.
The bridge deck offers sizeable interior and exterior recreational areas for guests, and the sundeck above creates an intimate environment for alfresco dining on to the aft and a spa pool forward with sunpads.

The interior volume over 6,500 GT leaves plenty of room for facilities on board, as well as accommodation for up to 20 guests over 10 large en-suite cabins.
The yacht features state-of-the-art engineering and incorporates a diesel-electric propulsion system and latest in technology for cruising in environmentally sensitive areas. She is constructed for cruising in isolated areas for extended periods and as such is built with cutting-edge cooling and heating systems, energy saving functions and power storage facilities for comfort and efficiency.
