Accommodating 8 passengers and 4 professional crew, motor yacht MAUI used to be 512 Calex; Pizazz; Las Olas. The naval architect whom authored this yacht's plans and general arrangement in respect of the yacht is Broward. Also, the interior styling is sucessful creation of Claudette Bonville/First Impressions (Original).

Broward Inhouse Yacht Design Team was the naval architect firm involved in the formal nautical composition for MAUI. Her interior design was realised by Claudette Bonville/First Impressions (Original). Broward is also associated with the yacht wider design collaboration for this boat. the United States is the country that Broward Yachts constructed their new build motor yacht in. After her formal launch in 1989 in Fort Lauderdale Fl she was thereafter handed over to the happy owner following sea trials. A moderate feeling is manifested with a total beam (width) of 6.1 m or 20 ft. With a 1.77m (5.8ft) draught (maximum depth) she is fairly shallow. The material aluminium was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure over the hull is built with the use of aluminium. In 1999 further refitting and updating was in addition finished.
