Built by Benetti and launched at the end of 2018, 35.5m/116ft superyacht GOOD DAY is the fourth hull in the Mediterraneo 116 series and features a fibreglass hull and a carbon fibre superstructure. She was designed by Giorgio M. Cassetta, who also designed her exterior appearance, and the naval architecture and interior styling is the work of the Benetti in-house teams. The accommodation sleeps up to 10 guests over five en-suite cabins with a crew of six for professional service.

EXTERIOR

Guests can sunbathe close to the water's edge on the deep swim platform, which also provides a stable area for guests to disembark. A stairway to either side leads to the main deck aft, where there is a sofa integrated into the stern and tables and chairs for casual alfresco dining and socialising.

On the upper deck, the aft area provides a sun-exposed sofa and armchairs around a coffee table, while beneath the shade of the sundeck overhang there is an elegant alfresco dining table designed to seat up to 10 guests.

To cool off in hot days, the foredeck hosts a swimming pool on the bow in addition to a shaded social area.

The sundeck can be accessed via the lift (elevator) or stairs, and guests will find a sunbathing area laid out with sun loungers to the aft as well as an alfresco dining area. 

INTERIOR

The natural contemporary interiors from the Benetti in-house styling team use three types of wood on the lower deck: Tay, Tanganyika and Elm, with the latter two types only used on the upper deck. Marble and mosaics can be found within the guest en-suite bathrooms, and the types of marble include Travertino, Shara Noir, Port Laurent, Ermosa and Blue Sea for elegant and refreshing interiors.

The lower deck contains four of the large guest cabins which all have en-suite facilities. The crew accommodation is also placed upon this deck, and aft of the engine room in the stern there is a sizeable tender garage.

The Master suite is placed on the main deck forward, and behind the main foyer there is a combined formal dining area to seat 12 at a round table. The aft salon is comprised of plush sofas and armchairs with a coffee table, and the seating enjoys plenty of natural light flooding through the large windows on both sides of the room.

The upper deck places the helm station forward with the skylounge behind the main foyer, where a lift (elevator) connects up to the sundeck. Within the skylounge, there is a comfortable seating area that is also designed for karaoke, and a sizeable nearby wine cellar for entertaining.

A pair of MAN V12-1400 engines produces a top speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots.

Yacht Accommodation

The accommodation is designed to sleep a maximum of 10 guests across 5 en-suite cabins: 1 main deck Master suite and four further guest cabins on the lower deck. The full-beam Master suite on the main deck features large glazed surfaces and an Owner-customised en-suite bathroom containing a bathtub as well as a shower bench. The expert crew of 6 will provide discreet service throughout the journey.
