Built in 2017, the LARA (ex TELLI, TELLI 1) from Custom Line (part of the Ferretti Group) is the second model in the company's new semi-displacement superyacht series NAVETTA 33, following on from the NAVETTA 37. The NAVETTA 33 won Best Exterior Design: 80-125ft at the World Yachts Trophies 2017 and sold five hulls within the first year of its launch. Studio Zuccon International Project created her exteriors, while the interiors were a collaboration between Ferretti Group’s Engineering Department and the Product Strategy Committee led by Piero Ferrari.
Notable features: ~ Sundeck whirlpool ~ Generous interior and exterior volumes on the upper deck ~ Patented DMT garage doors create a spacious beach club ~ Sound dampening and noise insulation ~ Gunwales fold down to create side-terraces
The main deck cockpit is designed for all-day outdoor living, with a broad sofa featuring a movable backrest placed in the shade along the stern. The table in front allows for alfresco dining or for spreading out with reading material and hobbies. Behind, two staircases connect to the lower deck swim platform with a garage door which converts into a spacious beach club.
There is a large dining table on the upper deck aft where up to 10 guests can take a meal alfresco. Two large L-shaped sofas along the stern and two coffee tables ensure guests can remain outside and socialize while taking in the surroundings.
On the upper deck forward there is a Portuguese deck consisting of a spacious sofa and a table for spreading out with hobbies or taking a light meal. Farther forward, the bow is covered in sun pads for multiple guests to use simultaneously.
The sundeck is ideal for outdoor living and relaxation and is fitted with sun loungers to the aft as well as a central lounging area shaded by a hardtop, with a grill, ice-maker and fridge as additional amenities. A large whirlpool tub with surrounding sun pads is located on the sundeck forward, and guests can take in panoramic views while unwinding.
The majority of the accommodation is placed on the lower deck, with guest accommodation consisting of 3 double cabins and one twin cabin. Forward of the guest cabins is the crew area, and the layout contains a generous dinette with a galley, sink and laundry, plus two double cabins and one single cabin.
The large main salon features a grand L-shaped sofa and a second smaller sofa placed around a coffee table. Located near the aft, the lounge receives excellent views and an abundance of natural light from the extensive port and starboard windows. Sliding side doors lead out onto the side decks, where the gunwales fold down to create side-terraces.
Forward of the lounge, the formal forward dining area seats up to 10 guests for a meal in stately surroundings suited to any special event.
Forward to the formal dining area is the Master suite which is accessed through a private study. Inside, the bed features a leather headboard from the Gran Torino collection by renowned designer Poltrona Frau. A walk-in wardrobe is concealed behind two sliding mirrored panels, and two entrances lead into the forward bathroom which uses marble for the sinks, showers and countertops.
Upper deck contains a spacious sky lounge equivalent in size to the main salon: Three glass panels to the stern slide and rotate 90° back to open up the interior to the alfresco dining area. The interior is furnished with a C-shaped Michael Club sofa and coffee table where guests can watch a film on the widescreen TV concealed in the ceiling. Glass doors on the port and starboard sides open up onto the bulwarks to allow greater air flow and connection to the outdoors.
