Luxurious motor yacht ALISA measuring 49.9m (163'9") is huge with lovely aft deck. She is sleek and elegant, her exteriors are designed by Overmarine Group SPA and Alberto Mancini Yacht Design, while her luxurious interiors is penned by Overmarine Group SPA. Her naval architecture is designed by PierLuigi Ausonio Naval Architecture. She has a beam of 9.12m (29'11"). She can host up to 12 guests accommodated on board, and she also has accommodation for 11 crew members including the captain.

EXTERIOR

The main deck aft is designed for entertaining close to the water, and comes furnished with a wet bar forward to starboard in addition to corner sofas and drinks tables arranged into a square along the stern. Two stairways lead to the lower deck swim platform for access to the beach club and fold down swim platform, which creates a large terrace over the water.

The upper deck has a circular alfresco dining table under the sundeck overhang, and two armchairs and a side table close to the aft balustrades to enjoy the sunshine and the views. The foredeck is furnished with a C-shaped sofa and two drinks tables, plus a row of sunbeds. The rest of the area is left clear for the easy launch and retrieval of the tender and motorised water toys stored below, and the space can be used for outdoor exercise such as yoga or Pilates.

The sundeck is designed for relaxing outdoors and offers shaded lounging areas amidships as well as a sun-exposed Jacuzzi forward and sun loungers, armchairs and side tables along the stern. Beneath the shade of the hardtop, there is an alfresco dining table in the centre, a bar forward and a sofa/daybed to either side. Port stairways forward and aft lead down to the upper deck.

INTERIOR

The lower deck layout places the crew accommodation, mess and laundry facilities forward, followed by the guest accommodation amidships, the engine room behind and the beach club in the stern. The beach club has a forward day head for convenience, a wet bar to port and a central lounge providing four armchairs and side tables to unwind in the shade while remaining close to the sea. The fold down transom door aft and a fold down terrace on both sides increases the beach club area and ensures a greater connection to the outdoors.

On the main deck, the Master suite is forward with the galley and crew access amidships to port and the main foyer and day head to starboard. The formal dining area and main salon are combined into one large, elegant space for family gatherings and hosting special occasions, with the dining table forward and a corner sofa, armchair and coffee table in the centre of the room. There is a widescreen TV for entertaining on quiet evenings and during transit, and glass sliding doors aft can be opened for a more alfresco experience.

The helm controls are forward on the upper deck with the Captain's cabin amidships to starboard and the foyer to port. The sky lounge aft has a wet bar to port and two armchairs and a coffee table to starboard, with a widescreen TV on the forward wall.

A pair of MTU 12V 2000 M86 engines producing 1,700 HP give a maximum speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 11 knots, at which she has a range of 4,500 nautical miles. 

Yacht Accommodation

The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 12 guests over 6 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite, 1 VIP stateroom, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. ~ The Master suite is placed on the main deck forward and has the benefit of a fold-down side terrace to starboard. The room comes furnished with a king-sized bed, widescreen TV, a desk/vanity to port with a walk-in wardrobe behind, and two armchairs and a side table to starboard beside the terrace. The Master office is behind to starboard, and the forward en-suite bathroom is divided into his-and-hers sections, both providing a toilet and sink, with a shared central shower. ~ The VIP stateroom is aft of amidships on the lower deck and comes with a queen-sized bed, widescreen TV, desk/vanity, an abundance of wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom with two sinks, an enclosed toilet and bidet, and a shower. ~ The double cabins are on the lower deck amidships to port and starboard respectively. Both have a double bed, widescreen TV, desk/vanity, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. ~ The twin cabins are on the lower deck forward of amidships to port and starboard respectively. Both have two single beds, a widescreen TV, desk/vanity, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a sink, toilet and shower. ~ An expert crew of 11 will be on-hand throughout the cruise to ensure that guests have everything they desire.
