The beautiful 40.25m (132' 1") classic motor yacht CETACEA was built in 1970 and refitted in 2021 by the Dutch shipyard Feadship. She has an elegant interior design created by Robin Rose & Associates and can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 cabins, with additional cabins for a crew of 7.

EXTERIOR

The main deck aft is sheltered on both sides to create an indoor/outdoor dining area for all eight guests around the stately dining table.

On the upper deck, there is a sheltered indoor/outdoor area for guests to relax in the sunshine to chat and read free from rain or strong winds. The seating curves along the sides to port and starboard, and a raised table makes an ideal place to rest drinks and hobbies while enjoying the views.

The upper deck aft comes with a bar and barbeque grill, and there is plenty of room for sun loungers or yoga with the on board instructor. The tender is stored on the upper deck while cruising, to be safely launched and retrieved using the starboard-side Davit crane. The stern is lined with a sofa and has a drinks table to complete the large entertainment space for large dockside parties.

INTERIOR

The lower deck hosts the guest and crew accommodation, with the main deck hosting a beautiful traditional salon aft with wooden panelling, classic paintings and fixtures to create a calm ambiance. A pair of loveseats and a pair of armchairs form the lounge around a triangular coffee table.

A forward stairway leads to the pilothouse above, which in turn connects to the upper deck aft.

A pair of Caterpillar D348TA diesel engine of 925 HP give a top speed of 12 knots and a cruising speed of 11 knots and an extensive range of 4,031 nautical miles.

Yacht Charter Accommodation

The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 8 guests over 4 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite, 1 VIP stateroom and 2 twin cabins. ~ The Master suite is situated on the lower deck forward and comes furnished with a king-sized bed with a desk/vanity to starboard and a widescreen TV mounted on the aft wall. The port side of the room has floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, while the en-suite bathroom has dual sinks, a toilet and a multi-function shower that can be used as a steam room. ~ The VIP stateroom is aft of the Master suite and has a double bed, a 24" widescreen TV, plenty of wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. ~ The twin cabins on the lower deck aft have two single beds, large wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. ~ The professional crew of 7 will ensure that all guests receive first-class service throughout their time on board.
