GALAXY OF HAPPINESS is a 53m trimaran yacht, designed by Jean-Jacques Coste of Coste Design & Partners, and delivered in 2016 by Latitude Yachts. This unique vessel is all about stability, speed and efficiency. Her trimaran build allows for 40% less energy use than a conventional mono yacht, and she is equipped for zero emission cruising. Her 2 x MTU (2,600HP) engines allow for a thrilling top speed of 30 knots, and a cruising speed of of 24 knots. She can sleep up to 6 guests across 3 ensuite cabins, with a crew of 3 ensuring guests have an incredible time on board.

EXTERIOR

The spacious main deck is the ultimate entertaining area. This space features built-in curved sofa couches on both port and starboard sides, and a large dining table in the centre that can seat 12 guests. This extra-large area would make a perfect spot for some morning yoga or other outdoor activities. There are also two stairwells on each side leading down to the trimarans outer hulls.

Aft of the main outdoors living area are two large built in sunbeds where guests can dry off after a dip in the water. The ocean is easily accessible via a wide centred staircase leading down to the swimming platform.

From the main deck, both port and starboard staircases lead up to the flybridge, which holds the large circular hot tub. With accompanying bar seating around one side, this is a great spot for soaking in the tub and enjoying a drink.

INTERIOR

From the main deck, come through the beautiful curved glass doors into the main indoor living area. The décor of this space is exquisite, with crisp white furniture and wooden accents, plus beautiful high-gloss wooden flooring. To the starboard side is a large couch area with coffee tables, and opposite to port is the formal dining table, seating 12 guests with ease. The area is completed with a large built in TV and sound system to enjoy movies and entertainment, or why not simply soak up the sights through the surrounding windows, providing 360° views. The windows and skylight are made of LCD glass, which is dimmable.

Her twin MTU 16V 2000 M94 engines provide a top speed of an exhilarating 30 knots, and a cruising speed of 24 knots.

Yacht Accommodation

From the main deck, two stairwells lead to the accommodation, which consists of 1 Master cabin and 2 Guest cabins. These cabins accommodate 6 guests, although with some refiguring they can accommodate more. The cabins feature the same high-quality wooden furnishings and gloss floor, and the portholes in the cabins all open, so a fresh breeze can flow through the interior. The expert crew of 3 will ensure that guests have five star service throughout their time on board.
