Superyacht GISA is a 43.5 m (142'7") Mengi Yay Yacht built in Turkey in 2023. She is constructed from steel and aluminium with exterior and interior design by VYD Studio. She can accommodate up to 10 guests in five suites with additional cabins for the 9 crew members.

EXTERIOR
Gisa is built in steel and aluminium and sports a metallic paint job and distinctive green bootstripe courtesy of VYD Studio. Naval architecture was completed by Ginton Naval Architects.

On deck, renderings reveal a beach club with folding wings and a glass-backed plunge pool. There are also ample lounge spaces, including a spacious sundeck flanked by loungers and a bar-style seating area.
