Motor yacht SITE MARES is a 23.77m (78’) Lagoon Seventy 8 catamaran built in 2024 with a generous interior volume and extensive al fresco deck space. Exceptional views from the flybridge, an air of quiet and calm in the main salon and comfortable private cabins characterise this exceptional motor catamaran. Up to eight guests can be accommodated in four suites with additional cabins for the four crew members.

EXTERIOR
Across the flybridge and main deck this spacious catamaran offers plenty of al fresco entertainment space and opportunities to unwind and make the most of the surroundings. The flybridge benefits from a hard roof which ensures the deck can be used flexibly and has retractable sections to allow the sunlight to warm guests as they relax on board. A lounge and dining setting are accompanied by a bar area and helm controls overlooking the foredeck.

The spacious foredeck makes the most of the wide beam seen on catamarans and is configured with a sunken lounge with flexible seating / day beds and moveable sunbathing furniture forward. The broad side decks create a safe way for guests to move from the bow to the stern but there is also door access both forward and aft from the main salon.

The main cockpit is another sheltered spot, covered by the flybridge overhang. A dining setting and various day beds, sun pads and sofas offer plenty of seating for everyone on board. The glass doors to the main salon can be fully opened to create one large entertainment space. Steps lead down to the swim platform which is big enough to offer guest a water’s edge terrace.

INTERIOR
The contemporary interior is filled with light thanks to the décor and number of windows. The main salon offers plenty of seating set up as two lounge areas and a dining setting with access to the foredeck and cockpit. Three sets of stairs lead down to the lower deck accommodation and the well-equipped galley.

Yacht Charter Accommodation

Four suites provide luxury accommodation for up to eight guests across the port and starboard hull. All the suites benefit from the luxury and privacy of ensuite bathroom facilities and are configured as a master, double and two flexible cabins. The master suite is extremely generous and boasts a wonderful, fold out terrace where primary guests can relax at the water’s edge in complete privacy.
