The motor yacht NAVIGATOR is a 36.00m (118' 1") charter yacht based in Copenhagen, Denmark. M/Y NAVIGATOR is a unique traditional riveted steel ship with a long history connected to Danish maritime traditions and the Port of Copenhagen. She is able to accommodate up to 8 guests and has a crew of 5.

Motor yacht NAVIGATOR was built in 1941 as a cable ship under the name C. E. Krarup. In 1962 she was refitted as a training vessel for Danish naval officers. Charter yacht NAVIAGTOR then received a major refit during 2005 and 2010 while retaining the original exterior look from 1962.

Motor yacht NAVIGATOR’s machine room, bridge and the crew quarters are renewed but have been kept in the original 1962 style. The rest of the interior was completely updated in 2010 with Danish quality interior design traditions.

The central area of motor yacht NAVIGATOR connects all 3 interior decks – from the saloon on boat deck through the hall on main deck to the central hallway on tween deck. A new skylight was added on the sun deck yielding natural light throughout the central area. From the brass-plate covered hall on main deck there is access to two staterooms with one big bathroom fore and a guest toilet. Aft of the hall there is access to the dining/meeting room with a large round table for up to 12 guests. Further aft follows the galley on port side and a library on starboard side. Descending the staircase to tween deck gives access to 2 double staterooms each with en suite bathrooms and finally to owners quarters with hall, large bathroom and large double stateroom. Also on tween deck there is a small crew cabin and a laundry room. Crew quarters are situated on tween deck aft.

The interior decks on motor yacht NAVIGATOR are “floating” and the lining is fitted with rubber absorbers in order to minimize noise and vibrations. Most of the floors and the main stair case in the hall are covered with lava clinker from Edna/Sicily; all furniture is manufactured in teak. As a counter balance to the new interior the original doors, door handles, fire alarm bells and internal communication system have been refitted.

NAVIGATOR is located in Copenhagen, Denmark. The yacht can be chartered for use in Danish domestic waters: East of the line Lindesnes (Norway) – Wilhelmshaven (Germany) and west of the line Karlskrona – Kolberg (Poland/Kolobrzeg). She is also available in other areas on request.

Yacht Charter Accommodation

Motor yacht NAVIGATOR can accommodate up to 8 guests. The Owner’s cabin features a king size bed and owner’s bath room with shower and bath tub. There are 2 double rooms with double beds and en-suite bath rooms and 2 single rooms that may be converted into a double room with one bath room.

Motor yacht NAVIGATOR has a great range of Tenders & Toys including a Zodiac RIB / MOB certificate / 5.5 meters (18 feet) / 115 hp – max 14 persons, a Traditional modified rescue boat (1962) / 5,6 meters (18,3 feet) / 7 hp Sabb – max 18 persons, a Small inflatable boat / 2.0 meters (6.6 feet) / 2.3 hp, Water skis, 2 windsurfers and 2 bicycles. Communications onboard include Wireless Internet, NMT and GSM connections (covering the charter area). Audio Visual Equipment and Deck Facilities include B and O link system, B and O Beomaster 5000 digital music system with net radio, Band O speakers, 3 B and O Televisions / PC monitors.
