This motor yacht PARAMOUR is a 43 m 140 (ft) ample steel boat which was produced from the keel up by Cmn Yachts (Cmn Group) and devised from the design board of Stirling Design and Joel Bretecher. Accommodating 10 guests and 9 qualified crew, motor yacht PARAMOUR was previously called Heloval. The firm of naval architecture that made the plans and general arrangement for this ship is Stirling Design and Joel Bretecher. The interior design was sucessful creation of Joel Bretecher / Jean-Pierre Boutroue.

Stirling Design was the naval architect firm involved in the technical vessel composition for PARAMOUR. Her interior design was completed by Joel Bretecher / Jean-Pierre Boutroue. Stirling Design and Joel Bretecher is also associated with the yacht wider design collaboration for this boat. France is the country that Cmn Yachts (Cmn Group) constructed their new build motor yacht in. After the official launch in 2002 in Cherbourg she was afterwards delivered on to the yacht owner having completed sea trials and testing. The core hull was built out of steel. The motor yacht main superstructure is made for the most part with aluminium. With a width of 8.6 m / 28.2 ft PARAMOUR has spacious interior. She has a fairly shallow draught of 2.7m (8.85ft). She had refit maintenance and alteration work carried out in 2007.
