EXTERIOR
Luxury yacht ELA has a modern silhouette comprised of clean lines across her decks and a gently curving bow to complement the descending lines around her stern. The white hull joins seamlessly with the superstructure, and dark floor-to-ceiling windows from the main deck up create areas of contrast while providing the practical benefit of plenty of light and panoramic views from the interior.
The lower deck swim platform provides a large area for guests to disembark from the tenders, and it can also be used for sunbathing or spreading out with the water toys.
A broad central stairway leads up to the main deck aft, where guests have plush seating partly shaded by the upper deck overhang for use throughout the day.
The sun-exposed upper deck has an alfresco dining area close to the doors into the skylounge, and seating is placed along the stern for guests to savour the views and their drinks after a delectable meal.
There is plenty of sunbathing space on the sundeck, which has a Jacuzzi and sunbeds aft, an alfresco dining and lounge area amidships shaded by the hardtop, a wet bar and sun loungers forward.
INTERIOR
The interiors from Cristiano Gatto Design are bright and contemporary, using an abundance of glazing to break down the barriers between the interior and exterior while ensuring that guests have great views and an abundance of natural light. Stained Canaletto and American walnut is used for the floors and the wall panelling. White walls, ceilings and rugs are accented by a dark teal blue - a cool contrast against the warm lighting and earthy tones. The textured leather and custom carpets come from Luxury Pride, while silk and velvet further add to the opulence.
The lower deck layout hosts the majority of the guest and crew accommodation. The Master suite is placed on the main deck forward, with an office connecting through to the main foyer on the starboard side. The galley is amidships to port and behind is the voluminous formal dining area combined with the main salon to create one large open space. The formal dining area seats up to 10 guests at a long table, surrounded on both side by full-height windows for incredible views. The lighting placed within runs along the ceiling and beneath the cabinetry, providing ambience to suit any occasion.
The salon has an aft-facing L-shaped sofa and coffee table against the port wall, opposite of which is a wall-mounted widescreen TV. A corridor goes behind this amidships lounge setting for excellent flow for guests and crew without interrupting anyone watching TV. The aft section of the room places a chaise-lounger beside the windows on both sides of the room, and an additional armchair is placed to port for a cosy space in the sunshine to unwind.

“Dutch and German shipyards are recognised as the best in the world. We are one of the three top shipyards in the Netherlands, and one of the best in the world. We are also renowned for technology, innovation and modern cutting-edge design. If comparing ourselves to car manufacturers, we are the equivalent of Aston Martin rather than Rolls-Royce.” - Mark Cavendish, the Commercial Director of world-renowned superyacht builder Heesen Yachts
