Sailing yacht MIRASOL (ex HEUREKA, YIII or Y3), built by the Dutch shipyard Holland Yachtbouw, is a stunning high-performance sloop that was launched in 2014 and refitted in 2020. The 45-metre Holland Yachtbouw superyacht MIRASOL features an elegant exterior by world-renowned Dixon Yacht Design, while her lovely and spacious interior is by well-known Rhoades Young Design. The 45m Holland Yachtbouw luxury yacht MIRASOL's special highlights include a fully automatic Bimini and dodger, a double hinging transom door/swim platform, and a telescopic lifting keel. She boasts a beam of 9m/29.5ft and her telescopic keel allows her draught to vary from a maximum of 5.9m/19.3ft down to 3.9m/ 12.8ft. The accommodation provides for a maximum of eight guests across four en-suite cabins, while a crew of six will take care of all the details.

EXTERIOR

Above deck, the helm controls are placed along the stern and the aft of amidships is the cockpit, designed as an indulgent alfresco lounging and dining area where sofas on three sides surround a coffee table, and a retractable hardtop allows the group to choose between sitting in the sunshine or unwinding in the shade. The forward area is left clear for crew operations, and when at anchor the area can be used for sunbathing, observation and exercise such as Pilates.

INTERIOR

The lower deck layout places the majority of the guest accommodation forward, with the crew accommodation in the stern. Aft of the amidships salon there is a spacious and well-equipped galley to port and a study to starboard that converts into the second double en-suite cabin.

The amidships lounge is slightly elevated from the rest of the deck and provides guests with an aft-facing L-shaped sofa along the port wall with an armchair and coffee table to make a comfortable and flexible social area, while starboard there is a forward bar and a formal dining area consisting of a comfortable sofa and plush movable chairs around a raised table.

The Volvo Penta engines produce 552 kW for a top speed of 13 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 3,000 nautical miles.

Yacht Accommodation

Up to 9 guests can stay on board while cruising, and the accommodation sleeps up to 8 guests over 4 modern en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite, 2 double cabins and 1 twin cabin. The Master suite is placed forward on the lower deck and comes furnished with two double beds, each measuring 140 x 205cm. A sofa is placed forward to starboard with a desk opposite, and the en-suite bathroom in the bow is equipped with two toilets, two sinks and a shower. The first double cabin can be found to port behind the Master suite and provides a double bed against the aft wall, a desk to port and a forward en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. To starboard is the twin cabin and it has the same amenities as the double cabin. The second double cabin is situated aft of the main salon and is a study convertible into a double cabin. The sofa converts into a bed against the starboard wall, a desk is placed to port and forward is the en-suite bathroom furnished with a toilet, sink and shower. The crew accommodation for six is placed in the stern and includes a mess and galley.
