The motor yacht SARAFSA is a 82 metre 269 (ft) important steel boat which was made by Devonport and concieved by Devonport and Burness Corlett - Three Quays. This balanced boat has been envisaged from naval architects Devonport and Burness Corlett - Three Quays. Andrew Winch undertook her interior design brief.
M/Y SARAFSA is was designed for a Middle Eastern owner who previously owned a 54m Amels now called M/Y Faribana. The 82m majestic yacht has a six-deck structure, a glass topped atrium, a winter garden style dining room that can be open or enclosed thanks to sliding glass screens and a spa with a retractable roof on the sun deck, forward of the helipad. The mega yacht SARAFSA has a wide range of amenities including her own car.
Building & Design relating to Luxury Yacht SARAFSA
Devonport was the naval architect firm involved in the technical vessel plans for SARAFSA. Her interior design was completed by Andrew Winch. Devonport and Burness Corlett - Three Quays is also associated with the yacht general design work for this boat. In 2008 she was actually launched to triumph in Appledore and post sea trials and finishing touches was thereafter passed on to the yacht owner. Devonport completed their new build motor yacht in the United Kingdom. A sizeable area is achieved with a total beam (width) of 15 m or 49.21 feet. With a 3.7m (12.14ft) draught (maximum depth) she is reasonably deep. The material steel was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure over the hull is built out of aluminium.
