The side decks are unhampered by fashion boards or steps which allow for light-tackle fishing and line-handling. Her interior is a combination of clean lines and complex details matched with fine woodworking; incorporating a number of wood species, colours, grains, joints, shapes and embellishments.

Motor Yacht SOUTHERN WAY III received her stylish interior designing from the interior design skills of Pokela Design. Built by Nordlund Boat the yacht was fabricated within the United States. She was officially launched in Tacoma Wa in 2005 before being transferred to the owner. Her core hull was built out of GRP composite.
