The luxury catamaran yacht ASCENSION (ex Oculus) is an 18.90m (62') vessel built by Lagoon in 2018. She can accommodate up to 8 charter guests in 4 cabins and has a crew of 3.

EXTERIOR

The shaded main deck aft has an aft-facing L-shaped sofa and raised table to starboard for alfresco dining in comfort, and a sunpad is placed to starboard on the raised section above as a place to rest after lunch. The bar and barbeque facilities are to port, and a sofa covers the stern. A stairway leads down both hulls to the water and a hydraulic swim platform in between can be used to launch and retrieve the tender or as a terrace beside the water.

Side walkways along the main deck lead around to the foredeck, which has two forward net trampolines that can be used for exercise or resting in the sun. Two broad sofa/sunbeds are immediately behind the trampolines for a comfortable place to spend the day, savouring the sweeping view of the anchorage.

The flybridge above can be accessed via a starboard stairway, and under the canvas cover is a small alfresco dining area comprised of a sofa and raised table, and a double sunpad is forward in the sunshine.

INTERIOR

The port hull has the galley aft with direct access to the cockpit, the crew bunk cabin amidships and one of the guest double cabins forward. Additional crew accommodation is placed in both of the bows, and the starboard hull hosts the rest of the guest accommodation.

The central interior places a sofa/daybed to port along with a coffee table, while the starboard side has an L-shaped sofa and two raised fold-out tables for casual drinks or dining together with family and friends within the air conditioned interior.

Twin Volvo D3-150 HP Diesel engines produce a top speed of 9 knots and a cruising speed of 8 knots

Yacht Charter Accommodation

The accommodation sleeps up to 8 guests over 4 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite and 3 double cabins. ~ The Master suite is placed aft in the starboard hull, and has the benefit of direct access to the main deck aft. The room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, storage and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. ~ The double cabins are amidships and forward in the starboard hull, and forward in the port hull. All have a queen-sized bed, storage and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. ~ The experienced crew of 3 will provide fast and discreet service throughout every cruise.
