Sailing yacht IRELANDA (ex Happy Four) is a striking performance sloop built by the New Zealand shipyard Alloy Yachts and launched in 1996. The yacht features classic wood interiors designed by Hook Design Naval Architects, who also designed her exterior and naval architecture. She can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 cabins in addition to a crew of 4.

EXTERIOR
Above deck, the amidships cockpit directly behind the interior salon places a C-shaped sofa and adjustable height table to port for lavish meals or casual coffee mornings, and opposite a similar space can be converted into additional sunbeds beneath the bimini cover.
The helm controls are placed behind, and aft is a sunbathing space consisting of a large C-shaped sofa surrounding two sun loungers and a drinks table in the centre. A canvas hood can be erected for shading the upper body while enjoying uninterrupted views out across the stern.
INTERIOR
The lower deck places the crew accommodation forward along with the mess and laundry services, followed by the lower salon amidships, the guest accommodation aft and the engine room and tender garage in the stern. The lower salon has a J-shaped sofa fitted along the port-side wall, with the forward arm broader to offer a day bed. A coffee table is placed in the centre and a widescreen TV mounted on the wall for entertaining in a cosy environment. The starboard side provides an alternative place to rest and watch TV with an L-shaped sofa, and the forward corner has a desk and computer for guest use.

On the main deck, the formal dining area is to port and a curving sofa surrounds three sides of the large table. The helm controls and navigation are to starboard, and the whole space is brightly lit by 180 degree forward windows and a massive skylight.
A Lugger (L6140AL) 529 HP diesel engine produces a steady cruising speed of 10 knots, a top speed of 12.5 knots and a range of 2,500 nautical miles when also engaging the two 25 kW generators.
Yacht Charter Accommodation
The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 6 guests over 3 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite and 2 twin cabins that both have a Pullman berth. ~ The Master suite has separate access via a stern stairway from above deck, and within guests are treated to a symmetrical layout placing a single bed and a chair on both sides of the stairway. Skylights as well as portholes naturally illuminate the space, and there is plenty of artificial lighting to make a bright and comfortable space after dark. A desk is placed in the forward starboard corner and a wardrobe opposite, and the forward en-suite bathroom provides a sink, toilet and bidet to port and a sink and shower to starboard. A corridor connects through the rest of the guest accommodation to lead to the lower salon. ~ The twin cabins are forward of the Master site, on the port and starboard sides respectively. Both come with twin beds and a Pullman berth, plenty of storage and an en-suite bathroom furnished with a sink, toilet and shower. ~ The expert crew of 4 will take care of every detail throughout the charter.
