Sailing yacht WALLYWIND110 is a 33.42m (109’ 8”) semi-custom vessel from Wally Yachts - part of the Ferretti Group - as the first in their performance cruiser range. She has a bright metallic hull with blue reflections which subtly changes tone with the changing light, a 6.95m telescopic keel, carbon fibre twin rudders and her towering 48m Hall Spars rig.
The naval architecture by judel/vrolijk & co perfectly integrates with the interior and exterior design, resulting from the know-how of Wally’s design team led by Luca Bassani in collaboration with the Santa Maria Magnolfi studio.

One of the most impressive features of the wallywind110 is the exterior design, especially the cockpit dimensions, comparable to those of the most modern 60m sailing superyacht. Guests can relax on several sofas, sunbeds, and seating, enjoying the 80 square meters of the cockpit, completely free of technical equipment. An additional lounge is located on the “sea terrace” and another one on the foredeck.
The careful planning of space is evident below deck, where the engine room’s placement below the saloon has allowed for the creation of an open, light-filled interior. Natural light streams in through the hull windows, deckhouse windows and skylight, illuminating the dining area, the lounge and even the office.

“You look around the market today and I would say that 95 per cent of yachts from 40 to 140 feet have copied Genie of the Lamp. That kind of layout, that kind of style and deck, it’s clear. I don’t think it’s too much to say that Genie has influenced the last 20 years.” - "Today, everyone has ‘invented’ the vertical bow. We didn’t invent it, it was invented in the 19th century, even before that, but when we introduced it in 2003, everyone was against it. Even the naval architects, they were saying, ‘no, this boat will have big problems’. And now everyone understands that there are a lot of advantages in having a vertical bow. And everyone is claiming they invented it!” - Luca Bassani, founder and president of Wally
