Sailing yacht POLYTROPON II is a charter yacht built by Nautor's Swan in 2008 measuring 24,99m (82') in length, and refitted in 2017. Yacht POLYTROPON II is a racing thoroughbred that offers exhilarating sailing thanks to the combination of Nautor's custom line construction with the renowned Naval Architect German Frers pedigree. The distinctive and unique yacht also boasts ultra-modern design by Lazzarini & Pickerings Studio.
The thorough-bred sailing yacht can only be chartered in tandem with her Escort boat motor yacht Polytrofon II. This original and innovative concept has much to offer and great appeal. M/Y Polytrofon II is a 30 knot Escort Boat, with a crew of four, who perform all daily routines on board, thus offering absolute solitude and privacy for S/Y Polytropon II's guests whilst providing impeccable yet subtle five-star service.
Sail yacht POLYTROPON II has a beautiful and broad wooden deck. The yacht has a linear structure which adds to its sleek and slender image. There is a vertically positioned table in the centre of the cockpit with a white sofa on either side. This seating and al fresco dining area comfortably seats six charter guests however the table can be extended on either end allowing entertainment of up to twelve. There is a hydraulic sprayhood and fully enclosed bimini providing shade and protection when necessary. This area is perfect for sociable or intimate gatherings.
Making your way past the sunbathing area, there is an extremely generous deck space fore. The performance yacht Polytropon II has a swim platform that opens downwards enabling easy access to the water from the yacht.
The POLYTROPON II sailing yachts salon accessed from the aft deck via 5 small steps, is fresh and light. All surfaces, tables and floors of the yacht's interior are a beautiful teak wood, complimented only by white lacquer which maintains her minimal décor design. This two-tone of teak and white gives the yacht its simple, bright and modern feel.
On the starboard side of the salon is a small galley equipped with three refrigerators, a freezer, an icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, a sink and gas stove, full sets of crockery, two wine chillers and a small bar area all of which are discreet and subtle behind wooden worktops, cupboards and drawers. This small and fully equipped galley allows the stewardess to provide refreshments and snacks easily and promptly, should it be so required.
On the port side of the salon is a small area which houses the navigation equipment and technology. All equipment is hidden again behind white lacquer and teak wood cabinets.
There are two dining and seating areas in the salon. Both areas have a teak wood table and a U-shaped white leather sofa comfortably seating 4 to 6 guests. This allows for a total of 8 -12 people to be accommodating for inside dining. Both tables can be lowered allowing the dining area to be converted into a large seating area, with cushions added to make a big settee.
Behind the teak wooden panels above the seating area on the port of the salon, is a 42” Philips flat screen TV along with Apple TV, DVD player, CD player and I-pod docking station. The combination of the subtly located entertainment system and the ability to create a large settee makes for the perfect place to unwind.
A distinctive design feature of the POLYTROPON II sailing yacht are the windows running along the top of each side of the yacht. From the outside, these windows appear as frosted glass which provides the utmost privacy whilst on board as nothing can be seen from the outside in. However, you can see everything from the inside looking out. An additional feature of these windows is that they open outwards, electronically, for ventilation.
Charter yacht POLYTROPON II is able to accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 cabins. The two twin cabins are located aft of the saloon, while the master cabin is located forward. The Master cabin is accessed through a white lacquer sliding door and features plenty of natural light coming through the windows.

There is very generous storage space in the Master cabin with cupboards running along both sides of the cabin above the windows. These cupboards conveniently and logically open upwards making storage simple.
