A General Description of Motor Yacht TAMARIND

This motor yacht TAMARIND is a 32 metre 105 (ft) well proportioned teak/steel frames ship which was developed by Ra Newman & Sons and designed by Frederick R Parker.

Construction & Design for Luxury Yacht TAMARIND

Frederick R Parker was the naval architect involved in the formal nautical plans for TAMARIND. Frederick R Parker is also associated with the yacht wider design collaboration for this yacht. In 1958 she was formally launched to accolade in Poole and post sea trials and detailing was afterwards delivered to the yacht owner. Ra Newman & Sons completed their new build motor yacht in the United Kingdom. A reasonable feeling is manifested with a widest beam (width) of 5.85 metres or 19.2 ft. With a 2.13m (7ft) draught (maximum depth) she is shallow. The material teak/steel frames was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure above deck is created with the use of aluminium. In 1966 further refit work and modernisation was in addition finished.
