The motor yacht VAN TRIUMPH is a 65 metre 212 (ft) important steel ship which was crafted by Supercraft (Hong Kong) and designed by David Tseng Van Lieu.

VAN TRIUMPH was one of the very first “Expedition” style yachts long before the concept gained widespread acceptance. She has the capability for extended cruising in remote areas and be used as a Yacht Support vessel to an owner’s larger yacht.

David Tseng Van Lieu was the naval architect involved in the professional vessel design work for VAN TRIUMPH. David Tseng Van Lieu is also associated with the yacht general design work for this boat. In 1984 she was formally launched to triumph in Hong Kong and following sea trials and final completion was afterwards delivered to the yacht owner. Supercraft (Hong Kong) completed their new build motor yacht in Hong Kong. A fairly large area is brought about with a maximum beam (width) of 11.28 metres or 37 ft. With a 5.43m (17.8ft) draught (maximum depth) she is deep. The material steel was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure over the hull is fashioned with the use of steel.
