This motor yacht WISTING is a 31 metre 102 (foot) good sized steel vessel which was built by Norwegian Navy and her design is by Chris Baker (Refit) and Bwk Shipyard. Chris Baker was the naval architecture company involved in the professional superyacht design work for WISTING. Chris Baker (Refit) and Bwk Shipyard is also associated with the yacht wider design collaboration for this yacht. Norway is the country that Norwegian Navy constructed their new build motor yacht in. After her formal launch in 1978 in Norway the boat was thereafter passed over to the happy owner following sea trials. A moderate proportion is manifested with a total beam (width) of 6.7 m or 22 ft. With a 2.5m (8.2ft) draught (maximum depth) she is fairly shallow. The material steel was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure over the hull is created out of aluminium alloy.
