Luxury motor yacht LADY FLEUR is the first 32.65m/107ft Holterman X-Treme 105 model compact explorer yacht and was sold in June 2019 with the launch in January 2022. Diana Yacht Design was responsible for her naval architecture, while Bernd Weel Design created her exterior styling: The champagne-coloured hull is contrasted by an off-white superstructure and slate grey hardtop and matching glazed windows. A spacious main deck aft provides plenty of space for storing additional water toys or equipment. The interior concept comes from Trimm Design. The accommodation sleeps a total of 10 guests in five en-suite cabins, while the professional crew of four see to all the details.

EXTERIOR

The main deck aft provides a C-shaped sofa and raised table under the shade of the flybridge overhang, and a set of steps leads down to a broad sofa/sunbed behind and a spacious main deck area. In the stern, the main deck and connected lower deck sections lift up to allow for the tender to float in. The cover is then replaced and the flush main deck can be used for sunbathing, exercise or social events. This space can instead be filled with sea water for guests to use as a sea pool from the main deck aft.

On the upper deck, the Jacuzzi is placed aft and centre with sunbeds on both sides, and the section can be covered by a canvas shade. An alfresco dining and lounging area is placed under the hardtop amidships to starboard and a wet bar to port. The helm controls are forward and centre along with access down into the raised pilothouse, and the bulwarks on both sides are lined with sofa seating.

INTERIOR

The lower deck layout hosts the guest and crew accommodation, plus fold-down terraces amidships to launch the water toys, and the engine room behind. The stern contains the float-in tender garage/sea pool.

On the main deck, the full-beam Master suite is forward with storage and technical spaces immediately behind the en-suite bathroom as well as placed to port. The open-plan living area is furnished with a formal dining area to starboard with the galley and bar in the aft corner, and to port is a C-shaped sofa and coffee table, plus a day head concealed in the aft corner.

Up in the wheelhouse, there is a spare sofa to starboard for guests to relax and take in the views from the climate-controlled interiors, and behind a stairway leads up to the flybridge aft.

Twin Volvo Penta engines grant a top speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 10 knots.

Yacht Accommodation

The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 10 guests in 5 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite and 4 further guest cabins. ~ The Master suite is forward on the main deck and the full-beam layout provides a king-sized bed with a widescreen TV opposite, plenty of wardrobe space behind to port with access to the main foyer, and behind the bed on the starboard side is the en-suite bathroom which has two sinks, a toilet, bidet and shower. ~ The talented crew of 4 will ensure that everything runs at peak efficiency throughout the cruise.
