Aristotelis Betsis Yacht Design and Naval Architecture

Aristotelis Betsis Yacht Design and Naval Architecture (AB Yacht Design) was founded in 2018 by Aristotelis after he graduated, with distinction, from the University of Strathclyde with a Master of Engineering in Naval Architecture. In 2018 and 2020 he was shortlisted for the Young Designer of the Year Award, organised by Boat International and Oceanco.

His passion for yachts reflects his upbringing near the sea and his interest in design creates a desire to give every client the best experience. “Listen, understand and feel” is his design philosophy, and he aims for the process to be both productive and enjoyable.

AB Yacht Design works closely with shipyards, naval architects and clients, providing exterior and interior designs – unique to every project.

Aristotelis believes in long-term partnerships and collaboration and has enthusiasm and passion for constantly developing his studio and team.
