93m Lady S Yacht Review

 

Imposing and grand 93m/305ft superyacht LADY S from Feadship was launched in 2019 and went on to win the ‘Best Interior Design Motor Yachts 500GT and Above’ and ‘Outstanding Exterior Motor Yachts - 50m and Above’ categories at the Boat International Design & Innovation Awards 2020. Her naval architecture is by De Voogt Naval Architects, her exterior styling from Michael Leach and interiors from Reymond Langton Design. The accommodation sleeps up to 12 guests across seven en-suite cabins, with a crew of 33 on hand for exceptional service.

 

 

 

The main deck is an extensive outdoor socialising area and the aft section along the stern comes furnished with a broad sunpad for guests to dry off in the sunshine after a dip into the Jacuzzi or the glass-bottomed swimming pool, which is partially shaded by the upper deck overhang where the oval waterfall cascades from. To port of the swimming pool is the casual alfresco lounge setting, where a sofa is placed along the side accompanied by drinks tables and sumptuous armchairs. The starboard side has an elongated table for alfresco dining in the shade for all 12 guests on board, plus two additional chairs for guests, and an additional sofa/sunbed behind in the starboard corner for relaxing in the sunshine after a delicious large lunch.

 

 

Two staircases ascend gracefully to the upper deck (also known as the Owner's deck), which has a circular alfresco dining table placed beneath a glamorous chandelier and serving up to 12 guests. The wet bar to starboard will provide refreshments throughout the gatherings, and the group can get comfortable on the seating along the stern to take in panoramic views of the destination.

 

The sundeck is a more intimate environment sheltered by the hardtop, and the symmetrical setting places a curving sofa on both sides along with a coffee table and a forward lounger. A firepit in the centre along the stern adds to the ambiance of an evening gathering and provides warmth in colder seasons and climates.

 

 

The interiors by Reymond Langton Design are described as having a 'contemporary jewellery box feel' sourcing rare materials from around the world to enhance the pristine white surroundings and massive eye-catching crystal chandeliers.

 

 

 

The accommodation sleeps a total of 12 guests across 7 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite, 2 convertible VIP staterooms, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins that both have a Pullman berth.

 

The Master suite is furnished with a super-king bed and the en-suite bathroom has his-and-hers entrances and dressing rooms that lead through to a rain shower/steam shower and a hydro-therapeutic Jacuzzi bath. There is also a private spa/massage room attached to the suite.

 

The VIP staterooms and double cabins each come with a king-sized bed, and instead of having four cabins the rooms can be converted to become 2 VIP staterooms with an adjoining sitting room with an opening balcony. All en-suite bathrooms have a rain shower and bath tub.

 

The twin cabins are furnished with single beds and a Pullman berth, and the en-suite bathrooms have a rain shower.

 

The professional crew of 33 will ensure that everything on board is running at peak efficiency while providing stellar service to all guests.

 

 

 

Twin Caterpillar 3516C engines provide a top speed of 18 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots.
