A leading star
Zaliv III is definitely a leading star when it comes to the world of superyachts. This 50m/165ft long motor yacht shone at the Mediterranean Yacht Show in 2016. The vessel was shortlisted for the Showboats Design Award as well as the World Superyacht Award. Mondo Marine, an Italian shipyard, built Zaliv III in 2011. She was initially a family yacht, however is now available for charter.
The main saloon on board this magnificent vessel has a 9m beam with cream coloured furniture on the starboard and port sides. This room is used mainly for socialising and hosting. The Florentine designer Luca Dini created a most beautiful interior that fuses classic and traditional materials. Whitewashed wood, recessed lighting as well as a warm atmosphere, make Zaliv III a very inviting superyacht.
Spacious, minimalistic and beautiful, Zaliv III offers much more than many of its contemporaries. Features like the retractable and well placed television screen on the starboard of the main saloon provide the wow factor. Children can play games here while staying close to their family.
Huge decks throughout
As soon as you step onboard Zaliv III, you’ll notice the spacious decks. Dining areas are comfortable and you won’t be squashed at any of the tables. Dine in style with a TV screen in the background showing photographs that have been taken throughout the day. A quirky idea indeed! This screen can be hidden in its black and gold casing when not needed, so it doesn’t intrude on conversation.
Once dinner is finished, the dining table can be converted into two stylish backgammon tables, a great way for guests to finish off a perfect evening.
There’s also a private office next to the VIP suite on the main deck. A useful Pullman berth is located above the desk of this office, ideal for a nanny for instance. This space can be used to stay in touch with colleagues at work or closed off to make a sleeping area.
The lower deck comprises of four cabins and a corridor. If you fancy a cool drink there’s a fridge tucked neatly away. These two double and two twin cabins have en suite bathrooms with the doubles having a shower and steam bath too. None of the suites are under the waterline, so there’s lots of natural light flowing in to each room.
