The fantastic team of yacht designers including Lateral Naval Architects, Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design and shipbuilder Oceanco unveiled the new 102m superyacht concept Project BALANCE. The idea behind the design is the use of innovative technology to achieve a more comfortable cruising experience.
Designed on Oceanco’s LIFE platform, the yacht will have lower GT and hence less power, which will allow to reduce technical areas onboard and expand room for relaxation and socialising. The single tire room located in the LIFE platform will ensure spacious accommodation, entertainment space and flexible layout.
Project BALANCE can accommodate 14 guests in 7 cabins. The dedicated owner’s deck boasts private living areas with luxurious facilities. Two VIP suites are placed on the main deck, while four double suites are on the lower deck.
Five decks host lavish facilities onboard including a 10-metre swimming pool, beach club, observatory, spa centre with sauna and outdoor cinema.
A hybrid propulsion system with twin 16V 2000M72 engines will power the yacht and provide multi operations modes. She will be able to reach a top speed of 18.5 knots and will cruise at 16 knots with a range of 5,300 nm.
