Marina Real Juan Carlo I, situated in a popular yacht charter location – Valencia, in Spain will host for the fifth time the 2012 Valencia Grand Prix, held in June 24. This stunning marina is an important space for many local, national and international sailing and sport activities as well as other social events. It was also selected as the host city of the 32nd America´s Cup in 2007.
Marina Real Juan Carlos I is located in the heart of Valencia, north of the commercial port and along the beach Malvarrosa where along the promenade there are numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
Among the facilities of “La Marina Real Juan Carlos I” there is a port which is composed of two docks. The Outside Dock is consisting of the North Marina and South Marina. Each rests on each of the two breakwaters that were built to protect the exit channel for the yachts of the America’s Cup to the race course. And the Interior T-Dock, so far dedicated to yachts over 30 meters.
Both Marinas have first class facilities and quality and are able of housing yachts from 10 to 150 meters with all necessary services for these ships to stay as pleasant as possible. The staff has extensive experience in all aspects of boating, from smaller vessels to specific services that require large lengths.
