Italian superyacht builder Custom Line, part of the Ferretti Group, has signed a sales contract for a 34m (112ft) Ferretti Custom Line 112′ NEXT motor yacht with real estate company Xanadu South China Sea. The Ferretti Custom Line 112′ NEXT superyacht is one of the largest yachts ever to be sold in China.
The order was confirmed and celebrated with an event in Sanya, Southern China, on the Island of Hainan. In attendance was Ferretti Group’s top management, dealer Speedo Marine, Xanadu South China Sea and a number of prestigious guests.
One of the largest motor yachts from a European shipyard ever to sail through Chinese waters, the Ferretti Custom Line 112′ NEXT yacht will be available for guests of the Xanadu South China Sea tourist complex, which is currently being built in Southern China on the island of Hainan. The important resort will boast a five-star hotel, villas, a spa, conference centre, landing pad for helicopters and private marina.
The island of Hainan is considered by many elite Chinese High net individuals to be the best tourist resort in China, offering luxurious amenities, surrounded by an untouched natural environment.
The sales contract is a significant result for both Ferretti Custom Line and the entire Ferretti Group who have made a significant commitment to developing China’s nautical culture over the past few years after identifying China as one of the markets with a ‘high potential ‘.
