Designed by Knud E. Hansen, ARIZONA and POSEIDON have been recently delivered to their respective Danish owners. Both measuring 24 metres, they were built at the Dutch Holland Jachtbouw shipyard in Zaandam. Both explorer yachts will be operated as private vessels and cruise primarily around the Baltic, Denmark and Norway.
The build time took four years, with ARIZONA and POSEIDON featuring the latest in technology and striking design. They are both fitted with a hybrid propulsion system which includes two diesel generators with batteries and auxiliary power source. Thanks to the batteries, the vessel can quietly enter into pristine areas, cruise and anchor without making noise or produce harmful emissions. In addition, the hybrid system supports the operation of only one main engine running both propellers.
Based on the same design and customised interiors and exteriors, Arizona and Poseidon have been created according to their owners’ wishes and desires, reflecting their lifestyle and habits. They are both built to be operated by only two people, which has become a trend in the recent years. The accommodation offers deluxe cabins and overnight stay for up to 10 people.
