The 29.76m motor yacht 98 LOGICA currently in build is a stunning displacement long range vessel. MCA short range, the 98 Logica superyacht, designed by renowned Luca Brenta has been studied in every detail with the main aim to develop an outstanding design, representing a lovely and liveable vessel with a great range.
Therefore, every space both inside and outside the superyacht Logica 98 is finely conceived to give the owner and the crew room enough to keep on board whatever needed a for long cruise. For the solutions, equipment and material chosen the vessel reveals taste and refinement.
Main General Features of the luxury yacht Logica 98
• Vertical Bow = more internal volume in the bow comparable to a classical yacht same size
• Wide hull= big internal volume and external area;
• Wide engine room = good accessibility, more tidy organisation of equipment and systems,
better and easier maintenance
• Big and continuous windows for a total visibility and light. Windows are the key point in the
total concept of the yacht (living the sea, being close to the sea)
• Total view and sense of freedom perceived by living in a such lightly internal areas.
• Long length at water line (vs yacht of the same size with traditional bow):
1. Less pitching
2. Higher speed/lower fuel consumption
The Logica 98 yacht is now in the fitting out phase. Her layout is very interesting. The vessel had originally a layout of 4 cabins but then the client aimed to a 5th cabin and, thanks to the versatility of the builder approach and the skills of Luca Brenta, it has been possible to find a proper space for a 5th cabin with the features of a VIP.
Unusual for a yacht of this size, the owner has opted to have his cabin fore of the LD to have high privacy whereas the crew quarter and the galley have been positioned fore of the MD. Therefore the galley is very big and spacious, it is fitted out with every professional equipment suitable for a restaurant (Miele professional and Gaggenau), the owner has chosen to place the granite Grey Absolute Zimbawe Black on the floor and on the top. Unusual and very unique choice, in fact the galley has the same level of top quality materials of the guest area!
The décor and style has been decided and it will be very sober and refined with precious material chosen tastefully. The main woods are Canaletto walnut for the floor with the stripes placed athwartship, and oak wood for the furnitures.
Artistic Walls made from Leather Artists characterize the headboard of the most important rooms. Burnished Mirrors play with the natural light giving life to refractions and movement throughout the yacht.
Every bathroom has refined marbles on the floor, on the basin tops and in the showers. Grey Labrador, Blue Labrador and dark Emperador as well as Granite Absolute Zimbawe Black. For the the taps and fittings the Supernova range of Dorn Bracht will be mounted in every bathroom, and therefore the details of the bathrooms will be “Piece of Art”.
Latest generation system of Domotic allow the owner to manage trough the iPod Touch the audiovideo system, the electric curtains and the lighting system of the main saloon the upper deck saloon and the owner cabin.
The Logica 98 yacht has been deeply studied in every detail and every corner is optimized to create liveable space, nothing is left to chance. Being the yacht tender in the garage, the external decks are clean from every equipment that could disturb the guest life on board and the space is all dedicated to guests. For example in the fore of the main deck there is a big sunpad where below a foldable tapis roulant plus more gym tools are placed.
Interesting to know is that on the upper deck a sun pad has been conceived to hold a laser yacht of 4,3 mt and a small crane. Being the lodging of the laser yacht integrated in the sunpad it allows the lines of the vessel to remain “clean” and to have a full usage of the area from the guests.
