LUXURY YACHT THE GEM – INTERIOR
The brief was to create a ‘pure relaxed feel’ throughout THE GEM yacht’s interior. She features an un-pretentious interior, which can be also personalized by owners.
The interiors of THE GEM superyacht can be characterized by the use of light materials throughout, textured finishes, leathers and taupe colors. These are complemented by the warm light and dark stained oak details, as well as polished stainless steel highlights throughout. The interior’s light materials give the impression of a larger space.
The raised salon (pictured) is the hub of all traffic on board THE GEM yacht with access leading down to two guest cabins. Further forward of this is the master suite. The main features of the saloon include a central pop-up television, which swivels facing port or starboard, with the large skylights above.
The interior of super yacht THE GEM features a modern contemporary style. The beauty of the interior is in a clean and fresh canvas, destined for any owner wishing to make it his own.
With a superb exterior designed by the highly talented and experienced designer Tanju Kalaycioglu of Taka Yacht Design and the exceptional shipyard Sarp Yachts, this yacht is a true gem for the ocean. All naval architecture has been developed by Taka Yacht Design with engineering by Sarp Yachts. THE GEM is a yacht that has been tested and is ready to go.
Stephen Huish is also developing two further yachts for Sarp – a 40M Classic yacht presented last month and a 40M sailing yacht with modern contemporary interiors expected to be unveiled soon.
