Turkey-based shipyard Alia Yachts has announced the delivery of 31m/102ft luxury yacht VIRGEN DEL MAR VI which boasts exterior styling by Dutch Omega Architects and Interiors from London-based RWD.
A generous amount of space is dedicated to open-air dining, lounging and sunbathing, placed across the main deck aft and 50m²/538ft² flybridge.
The naturally-toned modern interiors use light oak and dark sycamore to complement the bronze accents. Floor-to-ceiling windows enhance the ambience of the main lounge, where the formal dining area is placed aft and consists of an intimate setting of six plush chairs around a circular table. Forward, the cabinetry and furnishings create a sense of separation between the two areas and there is an abundance of seating port and starboard that benefits from the large windows while having an excellent position to enjoy a film on the widescreen TV.
The main deck Master suite bestows its occupants with 22.5m²/242ft² of interior room and a private terrace accessed via two glass doors on either side, which also allows for a through-breeze. Further guest accommodation can be found on the lower deck, where there are two double cabins and two twin cabins, each with en-suite facilities.
Constructed as a steel hull and aluminium superstructure with a raised pilothouse, a 235 GT volume and an impressive global cruising range, M/Y VIRGEN DEL MAR VI is a fantastic example of the facilities and features available for this size category. Gökhan Çelik, president of Alia Yachts commented:
“There are plenty of 30-metre yachts out there, but most are production boats and none of them offers quite the same volume and degree of customisation or bespoke design features: There’s nothing quite like her in her size on the market.”
