The German shipyard, Drettmann Yachts has started works on their first 32m Drettmann Explorer Yacht (DEY) from the Drettmann´s new explorer yacht line. The DEY superyacht is the first vessel to be built by the Drettmann-Sunrise Group. In fact, she is being constructed at the Sunrise yard in Turkey´s Antalya, with design and engineering by Drettmann´s in-house team and Focus Yacht Design.
The Drettmann Explorer Yachts have been designed to experience the sea at first hand, exploring new territory as well as enjoying water sports, and not only. The compact, masculine exterior and the surprisingly spacious interior of the 27 to 37-metre DEY vessels provide the perfect conditions for maximum maritime fun.
There is plenty of room on board for yacht tender, surfboards, diving equipment and water toys – but not at the expense of the yacht characteristics one would expect, such as comfort, elegance and prestige. On the contrary, both interior and exterior of the DEY line are sure to delight thanks to their unique artless charm. The Drettmann Explorer Yachts are far removed from the mainstream and primed for adventure. They are simply iconic.
Drettmann Explorer Yachts as well as the Drettmann Motor Yachts will be on display at the 2012 Dusseldorf Boat Show (January 21-29), in hall 6 at stand number D21 and D22.
