On a beautiful spring morning in Livorno, Benetti launched 41.1m (134’8”) OREOS, the latest superyacht in their Oasis 40M series. The launch ceremony was attended by the yacht’s owner and their representative from Yacht Moments.
The exterior design is credited to British studio RWD and features expansive three deck levels and a sturdy vertical bow. A huge aft deck flows directly to the water’s edge and features fold out sections and a glass fronted pool. Meanwhile the interiors are from American designers Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture and are reminiscent of an open New York City loft apartment.
The Benetti Oasis 40M has performed exceptionally well since it was first revealed in Cannes in 2018 and has now sold 22 hulls. Technically she is constructed entirely from GRP, offers 385GT of volume, can reach top speeds of 16 knots and at a cruising speed of 12 knots has a range of 4,000 nautical miles.
After her sea trials, she will be delivered to her owner who will be able to welcome up to 10 guests on board with a 9-person crew including the captain.
