The all-new 44m motor yacht Burger 144 concept has been presented by Burger Boat Company at this year’s Miami Yacht & Brokerage Show, together with the new 39m luxury yacht Burger 128 concept. Reflecting upon its 150 year history, Burger created a new and exciting design that celebrates its legacy of designing and constructing some of the world’s finest yachts. This new design, the Burger 144 yacht, reflects the freedom from restrictions one enjoys while aboard a Burger built yacht.
Burger 144 (44m) Tri-Deck Motor Yacht
Taking a sophisticated design approach, the Burger team, in collaboration with Gregory C. Marshall Naval Architect Ltd., created the superyacht Burger 144 as the ultimate yacht. At 144’ (44m), she provides everything the active family could want including formal and informal living spaces, exceptional exterior areas for entertaining and easy access to the water for swimming and water sports enjoyment. Burger 144 yacht’s exterior styling sends a clear message to the world; Burger builds yachts of all styles to suit the specific tastes of each individual client. Contemporary by design, her exterior lines, interior living spaces and overall attention to detail reflect Burger’s vision of the yachting family lifestyle.
To meet the requirements of today’s yachting enthusiast, strategically planned design elements have been incorporated throughout. Burger 144 superyacht’s transforming swim platform with generous steps permits easy access to the sea while her dramatic outdoor areas allow guests to relax in private or mingle with friends.
Luxury yacht Burger 144’s interior design showcases Burger’s extraordinary talents. The large main salon and dining area can be easily transformed into a lavish indoor/outdoor area by simply opening the port and starboard double sliding doors and the aft curved sliders. The luxurious full beam main deck owner’s stateroom includes a large lounge/office area, his and hers en suite baths and generous closets. The main entry foyer features double curved open staircases, one leading to the lower guest accommodations and the other to the upper deck.
The guest accommodations consist of four fully appointed staterooms with en suite baths. The upper deck includes a sky lounge which opens to a private deck aft, a captain’s stateroom and Burger 144 yacht’s command center. The galley is designed for efficient use and provides ample room for conversing and relaxation.
The crew area includes accommodations for up to six crew members forward. Burger 144 superyacht’s spacious crew lounge and well equipped laundry facility have direct access to the guest areas for ease of housekeeping. Aft of the engine room is the yacht’s tender garage which conceals her 20′ (6m) tender and various water toys. With the tender launched, the aft portion of the tender garage becomes an extension of Burger 144’s swim platform.
