Two new projects have been announced underway by MCM, today: a 47.6m Royal Huisman sailing yacht Project 163 designed by Hoek Design and interior designer Rhoades Young; and a 32.6m Baltic sailing yacht Project 169 designed by German Frers naval architect and interior designer Adam Lay Studio.
Peter Wilson says about 47.6m Royal Huisman superyacht: “We are proud to be building our first yacht with Royal Huisman. As the late Wolter Huisman often said to Nigel Ingram ‘one day it will happen’, and finally after 23 years and 70+ MCM new-builds, here we are!”
A striking, high performance German Frers carbon composite 32.6m Baltic luxury yacht Project 169 is MCM’s second collaboration with Baltic, after Nilaya superyacht last year.
MCM also congratulates the owner and crew of the luxury yacht Nilaya who won the Maxi Worlds (Super Maxi Division) in Porto Cervo and came fourth in Les Voiles de St Tropez, just behind three out-and-out race boats.
MCM’s team, including founding partners, Nigel Ingram and Peter Wilson plus its Yacht Management Division, will be at the upcoming Fort Lauderdale Boat Show.
