Alia Yachts have announced the launch of 52.5m (172’2”) custom support yacht PROJECT SEACLUB – described as a ‘beast’ by the shipyard. Constructed in three sections – hull, superstructure and helideck – she is now awaiting her final fit out and sea trials before delivery.
The naval architecture is by Diana Yacht Design and the exteriors and interiors are from Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture showcasing an explorer yacht look with near-vertical bow and huge storage garages for tenders, toys and an inflatable water park. The fully certified helideck can transport guests to and from the vessel with ease. Accommodation for up to ten guests is across five staterooms.
“The SeaClub 53 showcases the very best of our capabilities here at Alia Yachts,” said shipyard president Gökhan Çelik. “We’re thrilled to see her in the water [and] demonstrating her full potential. She has been an ambitiously rapid build and thanks to an excellent relationship with the owner’s team and quick thinking at our end, we have brought the project from dream to floating reality in a little over two years.”
In total the yacht can accommodate a 13m guest tender, 8.2m crew tender, a submarine, two wave-runners, two sailing dinghies and two sailing catamarans. The inflatable water park is also stored in the 50sqm area and consists of 20 modular elements which can be reconfigured as a new set up every day. A full water sports centre offers storage for diving gear, seabobs and a large range of other toys.
Power comes from twin Caterpillar engines with deliver a top speed of 15 knots. Luxury support yacht PROJECT SEACLUB is expected to be delivered in August 2024.
